Introducing Supper by The Still, a unique private dining experience with a boozy twist. We are now able to host exciting dining events to satisfy your appetite with an evening of Epicurean feasting and drinking.
On arrival you will be welcomed by one of the wood brothers team and enjoy one of our classic London Dry Gin and Tonics. Once all the guests for the evening are here we will head our way around the Distillery following the journey the grains from the farm take to products our single estate spirits.
Following the tour we will head back into the Bar for Wood Brothers Signature Cocktails and a selection of Canapés provided by Charlie Curtis our resident Chef. Supper will be served in the main distillery where a beautifully appointed table will await you. Charlie is known for his passion for seasonal and local produce as-well as his lament for open flame cooking.
The price per person is £85.00 plus vat and includes drinks on arrival, a tour of the distillery, Canapés and a two course supper. Further drinks following the tour can be put onto a tab and settled following the meal if required. Prior to the event a Cocktail, Wine and Beer selection will be made available to you to make sure you are happy with the list and pricing. You are also more than welcome to bring your own wine subject to a corkage charge of £10.00 per 75cl bottle.
The winter wheat that is grown on the farm, when milled, mashed and fermented, creates a pure, well rounded base spirit with the ability to retain its subtle notes of the grain when distilled to create Single Estate Wood Bros Vodka and Gin.
The ethos of the single estate spirit was, from first conception, vital for the Wood Brothers, ensuring that we have absolute control on the whole process from field to bottle.
