Locally Sourced Ingredients: Crafted from second press Bacchus grapes from a winery just a stones throw from the farm, we proudly collaborate with Freedom of the Press winery, showcasing the local bounty in every bottle. Havihng received the wine, we quickly fortified it using our single estate spirits and then got to work blending it with our chosen botanicals and aromats.
With over 30 botanicals in total, over 25 of these were grown in our own walled garden. these include angelica, wormwood, dill, rosemary, lavender and many more.
