Ever fancied yourself a craft distiller at heart?
We’ll take you through the secrets of our field to glass approach in a tour of our family-run distillery, before giving you the chance to put that knowledge to the test in our Gin School! After mixing up a drink for you in the Wood Brothers’ bar, we’ll teach you how to nose and select your own unique blend of botanicals to suit your taste. You’ll then distill your blend in our miniature copper pot stills, creating a personalised gin, named and bottled up on the day for you to take home.
The experience lasts roughly 2.5 hours, and includes a beautiful printed voucher, sent to you in the post, a guided tour of the distillery, a Gin & tonic in the Wood Brothers bar, a guided lesson on distilling your own personalised gin, and a bottle of your creation to take home with you.
Booking Dates
Your voucher will be valid to make Gin School bookings on the date that best suits you. Please note that due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are currently unable to specify booking dates, but will we hope to open availability from the start of 2021 onwards and will be in touch when dates are live to be booked.
